Systems Overview
1. Enclosure
Durable, long lasting 18 gauge steel, processed to resist rust and corrosion, finished with baked enamel in an attractive contemporary color.
2. Compressor
Field proven semi-hermetic design featuring Copelametic compressors for long life and high energy efficiency. Full motor protection in all models; oil pumps are standard on models 5 horsepower and larger.
3. Receiver
Generous pump-down capacity for low ambient operation. Inlet and outlet valves allow refrigerant to be isolated in the receiver during field service.
4. Vibration Isolation
Spring-mounted compressors; vibration isolators installed in both suction and discharge lines to ensure quiet operation.
5. Fan Guard
Easily removable for field service.
6. Refrigerant Connections
Extra-long to allow neat field brazing without damage to painted panels.
7. Louver Panels
Multiple panels of equal size for easy removal and replacement. Louver design allows unrestricted air flow for optimal system performance.
 8. Liquid Line Solenoid Valve
For automatic pumpdown during system operation. Located at unit cooler.
9. Liquid Line Filter-Drier
Added protection against contaminants and moisture. Easily field replaceable using receiver shut off valve and liquid line hand valve.
10. Moisture Indicator
Sight glass and moisture indicator for easier system charging and field service.
11. Electrical Control Panel
Weather proof design with large working area for easy access. Wiring is precisely installed and clearly identified for fast installation and efficient service. Includes all components required to operate the condensing unit. Only field connections required are "power" and "control."
12. Fax Motors
Single phase motors installed for proper fan rotation.
13. Dual Pressure Control
Field adjustable low and high pressure settings for use on both R-22 and R-404 systems.
14. Head Pressure Control
Adjustable head pressure control to maintain proper discharge pressure at low ambient temperatures (not visible under shroud).
15. Multi-Circuited Condenser
Field proven multi-circuited condenser for long life and high energy efficiency. Designed for 20 degrees F TD.

Multi-Pak High Tech Remote Refrigeration Systems That Utilize Safe CFC's and Multi-Circulated Condensers

The Airdyne "Multi-Pak" Outdoor Refrigeration Systems are well balanced, factory engineered and highly energy efficient packaged systems utilizing safe CFC's and multi-circuited condenser for 2-12 compressors. In contrast to single condensing units, "Multi-Pak" systems are simpler to install, easier to service and much less expensive to operate. These units are ideal for remote walk-in coolers/freezers, refrigerated undercounters, reach-in's and remote ice machine condensers. These ruggedly housed units come completely factory assembled, including oversized condensers, compressors, control panels and computer-matched unit coolers.

Requiring only one roof penetration and single-point electrical connection, the "Multi-Pak" system will substantially reduce up-front construction costs. The need for expensive multiple electrical power lines for each compressor and electrical disconnects can be eliminated.

Finally, because the "Multi-Pak" system utilizes a multi-circuited condenser surface 20% larger than conventionally packaged refrigeration using single condensing units, run-times are much shorter, servicing and maintenance costs are reduced and extensive energy savings will be realized.
